<p>Eliminate the word &#8216;want&#8217; from your goals. Want equates to lack, which is negative &#8211; write your goals positively so your subconscious can focus on making the goal a reality.</p>

Most people have all sorts of self-limiting beliefs, ranging from &#8220;Change is hard,&#8221; through to &#8220;I&#8217;m not capable&#8221;. These are often formed in childhood, or during big events in your life.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t believe you can have a great, slim, attractive body, are you likely to eat healthily and exercise enough? My guess would be no &#8211; there&#8217;s no point!</p>
<p>To get a great body, the first step is to believe you can do it. Maybe that&#8217;s hard right now. Maybe you&#8217;ve tried to lose weight before but didn&#8217;t accomplish your goals. Not to worry! Perhaps last time you were using the wrong methods, the wrong meal plans, and the wrong types of exercise. Have you tried every single method to lose weight, and failed on all of them? I bet not! With the right method, the right diet, and the right exercise plan you can definitely lose weight and get the body of your dreams.</p>
<p>Look at all these success stories. If they can do it, so can you!</p>
<p>On this site you&#8217;ll find example meal plans and exercise routines which will definitely help you lose weight if you follow them properly. I&#8217;ve gone from unfit, and being picked last for sports at school, to being a fitness fanatic with the body of my dreams. I know you can do it too!</p>
<p>Everyone has the potential to have a great body. It might be easier for some, but everyone can still do it.</p>
<p>Believe you can lose the weight. Believe you can have the body of your dreams. Visualize what you&#8217;ll look like once you&#8217;ve got the body of your dreams. How do you feel? How do members of the opposite sex look at you? Imagine walking down the beach, with all the hot young men / women (delete as appropriate) eyeing you up. It feels great doesn&#8217;t it!</p>
<p>Once you believe you&#8217;ve got the potential to have a great body (which I guarantee you do!), you&#8217;ll be motivated to take action. You know you can have a great body; the only thing stopping you is eating healthily and doing exercise for long enough. You&#8217;ll start eating more fruit and vegetables, and eat less junk food. You&#8217;ll start going for walks, or taking up a new sport, or maybe even going jogging! Slowly, but surely, you&#8217;ll start to see results.</p>
<p>Maybe you&#8217;ll drop a dress size, or perhaps your jeans will start to seem a bit loose. You&#8217;ll know that you were right &#8211; you can lose weight! Your beliefs will become stronger, you&#8217;ll know you have more potential, and you&#8217;ll start taking bigger steps. Perhaps you&#8217;ll join a gym or go to an activities class. Maybe you&#8217;ll cut out all soft drinks. As time goes on, your whole lifestyle will become healthier, you&#8217;ll feel a lot better, and you&#8217;ll be more confident. The results of all your action will be better and better &#8211; you&#8217;ll be losing more weight, and feeling better than ever before.</p>
<p>This virtuous cycle will continue until you&#8217;ve got the body you visualized earlier.</p>
