Goal setting

Lots has been written about goal setting, so I’ll keep things short and concise:

You should write goals:
1. In the present tense.
2. In the positive.
3. In the first person.

Goals should also be concise and realistic.

Eliminate the word ‘want’ from your goals. Want equates to lack, which is negative – write your goals positively so your subconscious can focus on making the goal a reality.

Write your goals in the most positive feelings – good starting sentances include:

I can…
I allow myself to…
I have…
I am…
